Remember that tables & chairs are provided, but please bring your own table coverings and signage.

According to our advertising statistics, in addition to direct emails, 40+ groups, and posting of over 75 event flyers at local related shops & businesses in the area, as of today, we have reached over 150,816 people in our target market within a 15 mile radius of the event with paid advertising, so while there is never a guarantee given the vast number of activities competing for people's attention, we do expect a great turn out!

Let us all set the energy for the right people to find the exact thing they need at the expo this weekend.

Breakdown on Sunday night is from 6:00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Profile Info and e-forms

If you still need to submit your profile information or esign forms, well need them before the event so please do that here.

Speaker Schedules

If you have not chosen a time for your Speakers Slot, please check  the calendar to see if spaces are still available.

You will notice that speakers are only scheduled 30 minutes out of every hour. This encourages listeners to leave the speaker room and shop between talks.

All talks will be recorded for promotional purposes. 

Registration sign in sheets will be passed around at the beginning of each talk. You will receive a copy of contact information submitted by your listeners.

You will also have a speaker room monitor who will give you 5 minute, 1 minute and times-up signals to help you manage your time

When your talk is completed, the room will be emptied to encourage listeners to continue the conversation back at your booth.

We believe limiting talks to 30 minutes out of every hour benefits all exhibitors by getting potential buyers back out among the booths, but it does reduce available speaker slots. If you were unable to get a speaker slot, feel free to submit a pre-recorded talk which we will make available to attendees after the event and use for ongoing promotional purposes at our discretion.

Special events and other activities

If you are participating in the Speed Intuitive Readings or the Psychic Panel, we will talk with you individually about these events. 

The following information is for everyone though.

Raffle Items

Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in raffle drawings throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Since they need to be present to win, we feel this will help them stay around longer each day. If you'd like to contribute something to the raffle for additional exposure, please let us know ideally by 10.45 each morning.

Green Room

We know how difficult it can be to keep your energy up during a busy event and that many of you may not have time to eat, get water or even run to the bathroom. To help we will be providing a green room at every event where you'll find things like fruit, water, and snacks.

It's all free, so help yourself as needed all day long

You can even text us if you need a bathroom break and we'll cover your booth if we can.

Vendor to Vendor Time

When I'm an exhibitor, I always wish I had more time without the public to look around at the other booths and talk to my fellow exhibitors. 

If you'd like more of this time as well we encourage it on Saturday night from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Feel free to offer your fellow vendors discounts too, your friends will appreciate you!
